Dewan Architects + Engineers is an international architecture and engineering firm with over 40 years of experience, operating across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Its Vietnam studio functions as an integrated extension of a global design network, combining international expertise with strong local knowledge and execution capability.
The firm’s strength lies in its multidisciplinary structure, where architecture, engineering, and technical coordination are developed within a unified framework. Concept design is informed by global experience in large-scale and complex developments, while local teams ensure alignment with regional regulations, climate conditions, construction practices, and cultural context. This integration enables projects to be both ambitious and highly buildable.
Dewan’s approach emphasizes process over stylistic signature. Each project is shaped by its context, user needs, and commercial objectives, supported by disciplined coordination and early-stage collaboration across offices. Advanced digital tools - including BIM, AI-assisted workflows, generative design, and digital twin systems - enhance precision, efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
Through its regional presence and global connectivity, Dewan delivers architecture that balances design vision with technical rigor, positioning the firm as a leading practice capable of shaping complex, future-ready urban environments across Asia.
