Account details, organisation details, submission content and payment records. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by us.
02How we use it
To administer your entry, process payment, communicate deadlines and outcomes, and publish winning work.
03Marketing
We send awards announcements only where you have opted in. You can withdraw consent from any email or by contacting the entry team.
04Sharing
Submission material is shared with jurors under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
05Retention
Account and entry records are retained for the awards cycle and for a further five years for archive and verification purposes.
06Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to the Asia Awards Organization at the address in the footer.
