Submission guidelines

01Who may enter
Architects, interior designers, product designers, practices and students. Entries may be submitted by the design author or by an authorized representative of the practice.
02Project eligibility
Projects completed between January 2024 and February 2027, located in Asia or designed by an Asia-based practice. Conceptual categories accept unbuilt and in-progress work.
03Images and drawings
Eight to fifteen photographs at 3000px on the long edge, JPG or PNG. Plans, sections and elevations as a single PDF. Ten images may be uploaded per entry in the dashboard.
04Written material
Five narrative fields (idea, impact, differentiation, function and innovation) of up to 300 words each. Write in English.
05Credits
Full credit list is required: practice, design team, manufacturer, stakeholder or owner, consultants and photographer. Credits appear as published if the project wins. Enter N/A if there is nothing to credit.
06Fees and confirmation
Standard registration fee is USD 220 per category. Entries are confirmed only once the fee is paid, and an invoice is emailed within two days of payment.
