The Rise at Monterrazas de Cebu, inspired by the Banaue Rice Terraces, harmoniously blends aesthetic design with functionality. Featuring soft curves that echo the terrain's contour, the interior complements the façade with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, creating seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. Designed during the COVID-19 pandemic, this development emphasizes the need for green spaces, enhancing psychological well-being through nature integration.

The expansive outdoor areas foster communal and individual connections with nature. All residential units are designed to optimize views, maximize natural light, and improve ventilation. The thoughtful allocation of individual storage units addresses homeowners' practical needs, merging the spaciousness of traditional homes with condominium convenience.

Privacy is ensured by strategically placing planters along the building's curves, establishing visual boundaries. Each unit boasts private gardens, blending traditional and modern living. The stacking building concept allows diverse unit typologies, catering to varied lifestyle preferences, redefining contemporary residential living in Cebu.
