The Caniaw Peak Development in Ilocos Sur, designed by ArchiGlobal Inc., is set to be a premier tourist destination, highlighting the province's natural beauty and cultural heritage. Inspired by the shape of local pine cones and influenced by the Tops Redevelopment project in Cebu City, the development features a main pavilion with three unique viewing decks. These decks offer panoramic views and point to significant cultural sites: Vigan City, Pinget Island, and Magsingal Museum.

The design incorporates textures mimicking local crafts and products, such as Burnay pottery, Buri weave, Inabel textile, and Labtang crafts, creating a deeply contextual and immersive experience. The pavilion's curvilinear form and red cladding make it a distinct landmark visible from afar.

Additional attractions include outdoor event spaces, unique accommodation cottages, a cable car route, a paragliding platform, and hiking trails. With its innovative design and cultural significance, the Caniaw Peak Development aims to become a centerpiece of Ilocos Sur's tourism, fostering local pride and global recognition.
