"CURIO" is a boutique hotel located in the picturesque area of Nusa Dua on the island of Bali. The project embodies the philosophy of minimalism, using local materials for natural integration into the landscape. 

Panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the jungle from various levels, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. The villas are designed for maximum privacy and stunning sunset views, equipped with double walls and staircases that provide connectivity between floors and privacy between villas. 

The 13-acre property includes five villas, each with an area of over 300 m², an immersive park, and an administrative and utility complex (AUC) of 163 m², housing a gym, restaurant, and technical facilities, creating a full-service experience for guests. The vertical layout prioritizes environmental conservation, incorporating solar panels and biotechnology for wastewater treatment. 

With investments exceeding $2.5 million, "CURIO" aims to elevate local architecture and tourism to a new level. It offers an experience of true curiosity, from which a unique visiting experience and emotional attachment to the brand are formed, leading to a conscious choice in the future.
