Nestled in Mumbai's bustling Borivali suburb, Aroha is a serene, luxurious haven inspired by the nearby Sanjay Gandhi National Park and Kanheri Caves. This project blends modern living with cultural heritage, seamlessly integrating Buddhist elements into its design. 

Key features include divine Buddha figurines at the entrance, elaborate fresco paintings on ceilings, and a long drop-off canopy with sunlight cutouts. The communal areas, adorned with natural stones and Buddha carvings, foster a strong sense of community. The podium level features stampcrete flooring and a jagged pool design, reflecting the natural cave environment.

Aroha's architecture balances urban luxury with natural inspiration, using rustic, earthy finishes and strategic ventilation to maximize natural light and airflow. This thoughtful design enhances residents' quality of life, creating a unique living experience that honors the region's cultural and natural splendor.
