Since its launch, the Asia Architecture Design Awards (AADA) has grown into a leading platform celebrating Asia’s most compelling voices in architecture and interior design. From visionary concepts to cultural storytelling through space, AADA honorees have continuously redefined how Asia is imagined, built, and remembered.

Over the past two editions, AADA has recognized more than 120 winning projects across diverse categories - from Residential & Commercial Design to Civic Architecture, Landscape Planning, Furniture Innovation, and the ever-dynamic Student League. These winners represent not only aesthetic brilliance, but also a deep commitment to human-centered, culturally rooted, and future-oriented design.

In 2023, AADA made its debut in Singapore, under the theme “Impactful Asia”. It was a night that illuminated Marina Bay not just with lights, but with ideas - a bold declaration that Asia’s architects and designers are shaping the future with conviction and clarity. That inaugural Winners’ Night honored both pioneers and rising stars, celebrating a regional identity in motion - one that fuses heritage with ambition, and context with creativity.

In 2024, we journeyed to Bangkok for AADA’s second edition, themed “Emerging Asia”. Set in a city where tradition and innovation coexist in vibrant tension, the night pulsed with energy, exchange, and deeper recognition. It became more than a ceremony - it became a community. Architects, designers, students, and developers came together not just to receive awards, but to share visions, form connections, and reaffirm a shared mission: to shape a more meaningful built environment for Asia and beyond.

Now, in 2025, a new chapter begins - one that brings even greater momentum and meaning. For the first time ever, AADA joins hands with the Asia Hospitality Awards (AHA) to co-host a unified Winners’ Night - a convergence of disciplines, where architecture meets experience, and design meets hospitality. Together, they form a fuller, richer portrait of how Asia is being conceived and reimagined - from iconic buildings to inspiring guest journeys, from public realms to private sanctuaries.

And there is no better stage for this union than Seoul - a city of dynamic contrasts, where the future is built with reverence for the past. A city that doesn’t follow trends, but sets them. On July 25, 2025, over 200 leading voices from across Asia - architects, hoteliers, developers, designers, and visionaries - will gather at The Shilla Seoul to honor the ideas, the spaces, and the spirits shaping the next era of our region.

This is more than a night of recognition. It is a movement. A collective of creative minds who believe that beauty can serve purpose, that hospitality can carry meaning, and that design - at its very best - can shape lives and leave legacies.
