In the city where heritage and progress converge, The Centric rises as a powerful architectural statement - more than a development, it is a declaration of identity. 

Located in Hai Phong’s new administrative center, this concept project pays homage to the city’s storied past while charting a visionary path forward. Its design draws from symbols deeply embedded in local identity: the vibrant Phoenix Flower, the legacy of maritime trade, and natural wonders such as Elephant Mountain and Lan Ha Bay. Rather than overlaying a foreign aesthetic, The Centric listens by capturing the rhythm of Hai Phong and transforming it into a new architectural vernacular.

At the core of The Centric’s innovation is the Shoptique concept - a new typology that blends commerce, culture, and experience into one adaptable space. This model reimagines urban retail as more than a transaction point - it becomes an interactive platform for local entrepreneurs and global brands alike. 

As a project still in progress, The Centric has already made a conceptual mark. Its layered identity, rooted in Hai Phong’s soul, makes it more than a commercial hub - it becomes a civic icon in the making.
